Members,

With Manoj Gangwar's initiative with the Longmont Times-Call newspaper, he was able to convince them to get CCL scorecards (see sample below) published in the sports section on Wednesdays. This is a great opportunity for CCL to be further recognized and popularize the sport of cricket, which will hopefully attract even more players and teams to the League, but also an audience that can learn and enjoy the game on the weekend.

This will include both the Tennis and Regular cricket scorecards (see sample below). We are also pursuing the notion of getting our POTW published, so please make sure to have a picture for your CCL profile.

Criteria:
Details needs to be formatted and sent to CCL-EC by Monday at the earliest as we have to compile all texts received and send that off to the Newspaper department.

Format:
Team Batting first (Score and wickets) beat/lost to Team Batting Second (score and wickets) by <number> runs/wickets.
Team Batting first - Top 3 scorers/batsmen or Players with 30 runs or more.
Team Bowling first - Top 3 bowlers or Bowlers with 3 wickets or more.
Team Batting Second - Top 3 scorers/batsmen or Players with 30 runs or more.
Team bowling Second - Top 3 bowlers or Bowlers with 3 wickets or more.
